The decision to go with CenterTrac has been one of the best decisions I have made to improve the efficiency of my tutoring service. CenterTrac has made my communications with parents much more timely and efficient, it has improved my ability to easily monitor what is happening with my students, and it has greatly reduced the time and effort needed to complete the billing process every two weeks.
My parents have noticed a difference too. They get summaries emailed to them from the system, and I regularly receive emails thanking the tutor for the summaries. CenterTrac keeps parents informed, and for the parents who like to stay informed, this is a welcomed feature. Also, what CenterTrac will allow me to do, when I am ready, is to easily switch to having a manager administer the whole system. Before CenterTrac, I had four separate systems to manage, and I developed somewhat complicated workarounds to keep track of everything. Now, with CenterTrac, those four systems are merged into one, and I will easily be able to train a manager to manage my center with CenterTrac.
On top of all that, I like working with the CenterTrac staff. They are all very responsive and helpful. They have listened to my suggestions about customizing the system further, and they have delivered the functionality of the system that they promised.
