I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with CenterTrac here at Pinnacle Learning Centers. As you know, we have been using the system for the past year. It is really apparent of the impact CenterTrac has had on our centers. I really have noticed some better numbers since we starting using CenterTrac.
Here are a few anecdotes/comments for your information:
Director Efficiency - My directors report that the amount of time they spend on reviewing each tutoring session has dramatically decreased, while their ability to monitor more clients and tutors has increased. Thus, they are spending more time reading recaps and communicating with parents.
Marketing Tool - Our business is really up in the past few months. I think our conversion rate is up thanks to CenterTrac. Certainly, parents are very impressed to know that they are going to receive an email progress report after each session. For parents who are frustrated with their child's school's inability to communicate with them often, this is a welcome change. Also, once they become our customers and begin receiving the emails, I believe it has made Pinnacle addictive to them.
Customer Communication - Our directors find themselves talking to customers more often now and that is a good thing! That is really what we want, since our current customers are far better sources of referral than any paid advertisement is. I have had customers brag about Pinnacle to their child's teacher and then get referrals from that very teacher. Local teachers have definitely liked CenterTrac, and some of our customers forward that info to their child's classroom teacher and really make the tutoring process a real "Team Effort".
Tutor Communication - The tasks have really helped our directors communicate better with our tutors and be even more prescriptive with all of our students.
Admin/Bookkeeping Efficiency - Our bookkeeper now works 6 hours less per month due to the ease of the QuickBooks interface. Payroll now takes less than a half hour per month and billing is also much quicker.
Owner Flexibility - As an owner of multi-units, it is wonderful for me to be able to monitor all units from one place. It has given me great flexibility and the ability to monitor business while I am on the road.
